My works feature animal portraits, with oil paint. The animal realm is truly the heart of my painting, although sometimes placed in a setting, inspired either by real nature references, my imagination, or all together.

Whether painting on canvas or other media such as decorative painting, I usually choose subjects with delicate features. I have a predilection for birds but I gladly venture to paint other animals, like felines for instance.

My trademark lies in saturated colors and an almost loving attention to detail, which sometimes gives the impression that my subject comes alive and stands out from the canvas.

My aim is to perpetuate the bond I've established with my subject, and to see its presence continue to vibrate. Ultimately, I wish my work to fulfill its function, which is to touch others, making connections, nourishing hearts.
